BOSTON UNIVERSITY SCHOOL OF MANAGEMENT
The BU School of Management contracted me to rewrite major portions of the school’s website copy. I rewrote
all top-tier “marketing message” pages. Then, for each division—undergraduate, graduate, special and dual-degree programs, and executive education—I performed the following:
- Interviewed administrators and faculty for information and direction.
- Interviewed students and program participants.
- Rewrote, recombined, or edited second- and third-tier pages as necessary.
- Submitted work to a multi-stage review process and made revisions.
Some pages were later revised by the client after completing its institutional rebranding.
